Do you offer free quotes?
Yes — every quote is free and comes with no obligation. Mark will come out, look at the job properly, and explain exactly what needs doing before putting a price on it. No pressure at all.
Are you fully insured?
Absolutely. We carry full public liability insurance on every job. Mark can show you the policy before any work starts.
How quickly can you respond to emergencies?
We operate Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm. For urgent leaks and storm damage within those hours, call Mark directly and he will get to you as quickly as he can — usually the same day.
Do you provide a guarantee on your work?
Yes. All workmanship is guaranteed and materials carry their manufacturer warranty. If anything isn't right within the guarantee period, Mark comes back and fixes it at no cost.
How long does a typical re-roof take?
Most domestic re-roofs take 3–7 days depending on size and complexity. Mark gives you a realistic timeframe when he quotes and keeps you informed throughout.
Do you tidy up after the job?
Always. Every job ends with a full site clean — old material bagged and removed, paths swept. Mark treats your property with the same care he'd want for his own.
